Hello from Sweden.

Postby AC70 » Sun Mar 09, 2014 4:27 pm

Just thought i would say a quick hello .
After months of trawling the net i have finally found the place to be.
I certainly dont have the knowledge that you folk have or the collections for that matter but i can offer my inexperience and youthful enthusiasm
So thanks for having me.

Hi AC 70 and welcome to the Forum. I believe you may be our first forum member from Sweden. We're always available to try to provide answers to WHW questions from forum members, especially the identification of mystery pieces. Welcome again and I hope you enjoy the Winterhilfswerk collecting hobby.

Well thank you to everyone for the very warm welcome.
I have a good feeling about not only this forum and the people involved but the webshop as well.
To be honest i am still suffering from a mild shock, usually in life when things seem to good to be true there not.
I only live in Sweden by the way, im holding a German Birth certificate and a British passport ,even after twenty years and three kids here i am not worthy of a swedish passport  But if there going to be such small minded Bureaucratic morons then i don't really want one anyway.
I promise to put up at least a couple of pictures soon of some odds and ends that i have.
I strangely feel at home here ,im not much of a forum person.
Usually i lurk a lot.
So thank you all again,it really warms my heart.
